INFLUENCE OF PROCESSING OF THE HEMP PLANT STAND BY THE PREPARATION “CLINIC” ON QUALITATIVE FIBER INDICES

Summary
Based on the studies carried out, the tensile load of the twisted tape, the content of the scutch and the paw in the hemp fiber during processing of the retted stems obtained during the treatment of the stalk of broad-row sowing during the vegetative period of the plants with three concentrations of the working solution of the “Clinic” preparation with two periods of exposure to cutting were determined. Retted stems of all options is efficiently processed on the developed experimental stand of fiber production at the parameters of scutch and paw in the fiber, respectively, 0,2-0,4 and 1,5-2,0%. Doses of the preparation with an increase in the period of standing of the treated stemstock up to 14 days reduce by 15,9-32,1% the index of the tensile load of the twisted tape. Depending on the dosage of the preparation and the period of exposure to the treated hemp stalk, the same type of fiber obtained from the retted stems can be of the first, second or third grade.
