RECOMMENDATIONS ON THE PROCEDURE FOR PREPARATION OF A SET OF DOCUMENTS FOR CUSTOMS CLEARANCE OF HEMP SEEDS

Summary
The article summarizes the author’s experience in preparing a set of documents for customs clearance of hemp seeds. The article consists of two parts. The first part describes the procedure for preparing of a set of documents required for customs clearance of hemp seeds. This preparation requires compliance with the optimal sequence of actions and compliance with the deadlines for their implementation, taking into account certain nuances. The second part of the article describes the actions that precede the transfer of a set of documents to a customs broker, the procedure for communicating with a customs broker, the procedure for receiving a customs declaration from customs authorities and the procedure for transferring accompanying documentation to a person accompanying cannabis seeds.
